I have a decoder that is not working correctly. the headlights work both directions and it only runs one direction. Already reset CV8 any clues on how to fix this issue?

Sad to say this, I had to completely dismantle my train room this weekend. Due to circumstances beyond our control, that room has now become a storage room for home essentials. Hopefully our new home will give me ample room to build another quality layout.
