Thank you for visiting TrainLife.com (referred to in this privacy policy as “the Site”), which is owned and operated by TrainLife, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (throughout the privacy policy referred to as “TrainLife,” “us,” “our,” or “we”). TrainLife takes privacy and transparency very seriously. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information will be collected and treated as you make full use of the Site as we provide you with access to various user-generated and other content and interactive and informational resources (the “Services”).

What the Privacy Policy Covers

By using the Site you are consenting to the terms of this privacy policy and represent to us that you have read and understand this policy. Specifically this policy explains how we treat your information both anonymous and “Personal Information” (information about you that is personally identifiable, like your name, address, email address, phone number, and age that may not otherwise be publicly available). This privacy policy also controls use of information related to your previous use of the Site, our products, and our services.

Collection of Your Information

Generally we gather two types of information Personal Information and anonymous information. We collect Personal Information when you manually enter it into any online form available on the Site. In order for you to take full advantage of the Site, we encourage you to provide your Personal Information to us. Providing your Personal Information is, however, voluntary. Children

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under thirteen, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our privacy policy by instructing their children to never provider Personal Information on this Site without their permission. Anonymous Information and Cookies

If you do not provide us any of your Personal Information, we are limited in the information we may collect from you. Why We Collect Information

Opting Out

This privacy policy describes the potential ways we might share your information. If you do not agree to our potential uses of your Personal Information as we have described in this privacy policy, you are not required to provide your Personal Information to us. If at any time you would like us to delete your Personal Information and disable your account on the Site, please contact us by emailing admin@trainlife.com or clicking here. When you delete your account, it is permanently deleted from the Site. You should only delete your account if you are certain you never want to reactivate it.

Exclusions

This privacy policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to us through the Site or to through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site, such as bulletin boards, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing services, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”), including all User Content as that term is defined in our Terms of Service. All such Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution. Please also note that any Personal Information or other information you provide to be displayed in your publicly available online profile will be displayed for others to see and thus will not be subject to the terms of this privacy policy. We cannot and will not be responsible for what third parties do with any Personal Information or other information that you choose to make publicly available. Our Site contains links to third-party websites. This privacy policy only covers our use of your information that we collect through the Site.
