T H E NATIONAL M O D E L RAILROAD ASSOCIATION was founded i n 1 9 3 5 for t h e purpose of developing sta ndard s allowing the i nterchange of equipment from one model railroad to another. It has accomplished this goal a d m i ra bly and along the way developed into an outsta nding international organization offering nu merous benefits to its model railroad members.
