Operational switch stand-HO scale Using a Details West 915 switch stand with a brass wire pull rod and bellcrank below it. Power is with a Tortoise motor.

    Darrel Heard I posted a comment to his vid on youtube to ask how he made them. I'm not sure if the stand has a movable stand or if he cut off the stand drilled a hole down the center added a new brass stand and re attached target.
